What you'll be doing

Provide superior customer service. Sell product available at the fuel station in accordance with company standard regarding merchandise presentation, safety, sanitation, service and suggestive selling. Assist customer by ringing up sale and controlling the fuel pump. Responsible for day to day operation, ordering, training, supervising employee, profit, all controllable expense, inventory, cash, and shortage. Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interaction. Receive payment for customer purchase. Properly maintain cash drawer is accountable for all cash, coupon, check and receipt in the drawer.

What your background should be

Supervisory experience preferred. Valid driving skill is required. Excellent interpersonal skill including building internal and external relationship and conflict resolution skill. Ability to follow company customer service procedure. Demonstrated customer service skill or related experience. Ability to use the cash register. Basic math skill to calculate prices and make change.

Required Schooling / Training

High school education preferred.
