We have an opening for the Full Time Business Analyst, who will be required to take responsibility for providing professional consultation services to the company clients. This responsibility also involves the configuration, discovery, validation, testing and Go Live phases of the project to the applicable system implement. In addition to the responsibilities of a Business Analyst position, the individual may face with responsibilities in GIS, Training or any other functional fields within the operations. We are on the search for a Full Time Business Analyst with solid communication and professional organizational skills, effective problem solving skills, proficient knowledge of the companys software products. The most successful Full Time Business Analyst must demonstrate extensive experience and skills required to successfully perform an evaluation of the company clients current operation, the companys software tools and applicable bid documents proposed in the contract. The Full Time Business Analyst must possess solid software and communication skills required to proficiently review the proposed configuration with company client as a means of satisfying the contractual requirements. The Full Time Business Analyst will be required to effectively work within professional project team and under the supervision of the project manager. If youre ready to apply for the Full Time Business Analyst position, be ready to face with the following tasks and responsibilities: - Maintain project files, documentation, journals as well as customers supplied information. - Cope with the project assignments and customer interactions under the direct supervision of a competent Project Manager. - Conduct analysis and mapping of customers existing operational processes to the company systems capabilities that take into field operations, account dispatching and administrative needs. - Perform the Functional Acceptance Tests within the system. - Document, identify and communicate a wide range of project risks to the project manager. - Where applicable and required, create and maintain Operational Requirements Documents based on the needs and requirements of the client. - Identify system requirements and perform system configurations and demonstration. - Prepare the whole scope of Functional Acceptance Tests documentation, based on the customers requirements and the capabilities within the company applications. - Take part in Pre-Sales activities that may involve responding to the RFP and analysis of specific requirements as required. - Provide support for the Production Roll and the clients post their live operations. - The Full Time Business Analyst will also be required to demonstrate a consistent follow up as well as follow through on the project deliverables, tasks and communications with the clients and the project team. - The Full Time Business Analyst will be required to consistently follow companys implementation procedures and processes, and have a track record of top quality and timely tasks delivery. - Demonstrate efficient knowledge of one (as minimum) major companys software products. - The Full Time Business Analyst may be required to present in the conferences of the companys users. - Stay aware of the whole range of the companys products and configuration options. - Actively initiate and participate in professional interactions with the QA, Product Management and Engineering teams as required. - Conduct training on the companys applications as required. - The Full Time Business Analyst will be required to handle the other duties and responsibilities as needed

What your background should be

The Full Time Business Analyst position requires the following skills, certificates and qualifications: - Advanced documentation skills, including Use Case Documentation, Software Requirements Documentation and Test Documentation. - From 3 to 5 years of previous experience in the management, supervision or administration of public safety dispatch or records organization, or as a Systems Engineering / Business Analyst in Software industry. - Professional ability to point out, isolate and accurately describe software and system errors. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written) together with demonstrated ability to professionally communicate at each level of subcontractor, client and internal organization, - Ability to professionally assess customers processes, workflow and data in order to determine applicability to project configurations and deliverables. - SQL and XML knowledge highly required. - Ability to effectively and efficiently work within the company team in both external and internal resources. - Ability to spend 50% of the time on traveling. - Public Safety or / and mission critical systems experience highly desired. - Basic knowledge of GIS is a great plus. - Basic presentation and training skills strongly desired. - Ability to deliver speeches. - Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for working on the companys customer systems.
