What your background should be

The Project Leader position requirements (Education / Qualifications / Skills / Experience): - The chosen individual for the Project Leader role must possess demonstrated cost consciousness, leadership, communication (oral and written) and organizational skills as well as diplomacy skills that will help one to promote excellent relationships with all the facets of management and a wide range of the other diverse disciplines in the process of proficient execution of the projects. - BS Degree in Engineering as well as from two to four years of relevant Engineering experience is highly required. Professional certifications are a great plus for the employment consideration. - Demonstrated efficiency in the tasks related to the project management, utilizing the EWP in the process of work and or FEL packages completion. - Previous professional experience in Food packaging materials functionality and design is highly demanded but it is not a must have. - Prior experience in designing, specifying, installation and designing of various systems and equipment for the Food Packaging required.
