What you'll be doing
- The General Manager will be responibile to directs and coordinate activities of specified operation to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits. Plans and develops organization policies and goals, and implements goals through administrative personnel. Directs and coordinates promotion of products or services to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position in industry. Directs preparation of directives to division or department administrator outlining policy, program or operations changes to be implemented. Analyse the departmental budget and identify the areas for the reduction. Meets with customers to address their needs.
