What you'll be doing
- This position is expected for managing day to day operations for a cafe and catering services in a Bon Appetite Higher Education client. As a General Manager, the person will handle and lead a team of associates. The General Manager will be responsible for administering client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. The responsibility of the General Manager is to create strategies designed to motivate the management team for overall customer service satisfaction. Moreover, she/he will communicate with the culinary department to ensure the food programs reflect the vision of the company.
What your background should be
- 3-5 years of food service operations experience
Required Schooling / Training
- BS degree
