What you'll be doing

It is the responsibility of the General Manager to ensure that all department operations are effectively managed in a profitable and professional manner. General Manager will administer daily operation of the property to produce and maintain maximum profitability, client satisfaction levels, product quality, service standards, facility maintenance, workplace harmony and property safety practices in accordance with accepted company policies and procedures. General Manager is expected to actively develop the property within the world tourism market and to represent and promote the property as a caring and supportive corporate citizen in all local community activities.
