What you'll be doing

As a General Manager, this individual will supervise the operations of the drive-in. The incumbent will also be expected for training and assisting the drive-in employees to ensure we provide quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner so that our guests will have an enjoyable experience at the organization. The ideal candidate will prepare employee work schedules; monitor and make appropriate adjustments to staffing levels. She/he will direct and assign drive-in employees as required to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards. Also, the person will develop appropriate action plans to resolve unfavorable financial and/or sales trends. The General Manager will adhere to and monitor employee compliance of the drive-in employee handbook, policies and practices.

2 years of restaurant management experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma

Who is the client company

Concerns with some classic fast food items, such as hamburgers, and French fries as well as other "carnival-like" fare such as onion rings, corndogs, and chili hotdogs.
