What you'll be doing
- As a General Manager, this individual will be supervising the operations of the drive-in. The person will also be expected for training and supporting the drive-in employees to ensure we provide quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner so that our guests will have an enjoyable experience at the company. The ideal candidate will supervise and assign drive-in employees as required to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards. The General Manager will prepare employee work schedules; monitor and make appropriate adjustments to staffing levels. Moreover, she/he will develop appropriate action plans to resolve unfavorable financial and/or sales trends. Also the General Manager will adhere to and monitor employee compliance of the drive-in employee handbook, policies and practices .
What your background should be
- 2 years of restaurant management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
Who is the client company
- Consists of some classic fast food items, such as hamburgers, and French fries as well as other "carnival-like" fare such as onion rings, corndogs, and chili hotdogs.
