General Manager

What you'll be doing: Our Public Utility District is now on the lookout for a competent General Manager, who is an approachable leader with exceptional listening and communication skills, outstanding public relations and with proven ability to organize, plan and supervise various functions as well as activities of the District.

What your background should be: What we will appreciate in your portfolio: - A strong desire to become a collaborative and visible member of the community. - Willingness to provide solid leadership for the District. - Passion about the District goals and mission. - Ability to effectively communicate and work with the representatives of the Board of Directors. - Proven track record of sound personnel and fiscal management.

Who is the client company: Our Special Districts Association is a non-profit organization that was established in 1969 with an aim to promote excellent governance as well as improved core local services through advocacy, professional development as well as the other services for each type of independent special districts.
