What you'll be doing
- Develop and recommend short and long range objective consistent with corporate goal and guideline. Lead sale initiative at assigned operating center and provide ongoing support of corporate sale initiative. Review sale forecast and prepare the operational plan to address volume and resource requirement. Review and evaluate staff performance regularly; conduct and document annual review with timeliness. Develop and prepare report and correspondence to achieve effective workflow. Monitor daily production to ensure that all production standard are met. Interface with the sale, human resource, information technology and technical support department to ensure a free flow of information and data. Attend and actively participate in meeting, conference, presentation and seminar that require periodic travel. Attend and participate in corporate meeting. Maintain spirit of respect for all attendee and individual presenting information.
What your background should be
- 8 to 10 years experience in marketing, customer service, operation in a service environment. Proven success in servicing major account. Ability to prepare report and efficiently present information and respond to question from group of manager, customer and employee. Ability and desire to develop staff member, monitor progress and provide input for professional growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, demonstrating fairness in decision, ability to maintain professional demeanor in stressful situation and show respect to all.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in business or related field
