What you'll be doing
- It is the responsibility of the General Manager to identify targeted client account potential, establish sales goals for those accounts, and hold salespeople accountable for attaining those objectives. This chosen candidate will achieve sales, gross profit, and profit sharing goals through recruitment, development, training, coaching, evaluation, and management of the Profit Center team. The person will examine financial reports and implement strategies to increase sales, improve productivity, and supervise expenses. Furthermore, this individual will ensure the Profit Center meet or exceed the service expectations demanded by each customer group.
What your background should be
- 3+ years of wholesales distribution experience
Required Schooling / Training
- College degree
Who is the client company
- Distributes plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, industrial pipes-valves-fittings, pool and waterworks supplies for residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure construction.
