What you'll be doing
- The purpose of the General Manager to manage all aspects of a single high profile asset or portfolio of commercial properties for one owner. It is the task of the General Manager to administer all marketing, operations and financial activities. This experienced candidate will recommend and/or approve alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as required. Contracts for and supervises vendor services as needed. The incumbent will act as primary contact with property owners to ensure that goals are being fulfilled. Also, she/he will prepare and delivers timely, accurate and complete reports. Furthermore, the General Manager will develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses. Additionally, the General Manager will forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance, explaining variances.

- Bachelor's degree
