What you'll be doing

The qualified applicant has overall responsibility for setting standards and ensuring compliance in all facility dining operations. The successful candidate must set objectives, reinforce high standards, monitor performance, and reward the team members so that their efforts result in profitable, high quality food and customer service. The General Manager will be expected for executing day-to-day audits of safety, sanitation, food quality, meal delivery at point of service, and quality standards to optimize financial and operational productivity. Also, this individual will supervise group members to ensure that they both meet the expectations of the client and attain targeted quality and performance.
