What you'll be doing

Responsibility for creating value for shareholder through efficient operation, appropriate cost control, and profit management. Effectively manage restaurant within the policy and guideline of the company, ensuring proper customer satisfaction at all time. Control day to day operation by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies and developing the restaurant team. Control profit and loss, by following cash control security procedure, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial report and taking appropriate action. Recruit, interview, and hire team member, conduct performance appraisal, take discipline action, motivate and train. Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility and ground through the use of a preventative maintenance program. Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing program. Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behavior of the team.

What your background should be

Able to monitor the daily operation of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standard in all area of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relation, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team member, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality product and service are delivered to each customer.
