What you'll be doing

Drive profitability and growth, retention of existing and potential customers and maintain the market center total managed volumes. Utilize strategic and leadership skills to facilitate employee selection, development, retention, motivation, and strong customer relationship. Ensure compliance with contract and company policy and procedure. Participate in hand on activity in the market center and in other field location. Maintain a total uniform solution that promote teamwork and establish a professional identity. Establish a cohesive team between sales, services, and production department to meet the organizational goal.

What your background should be

Five to seven years of progressive management experience. Demonstrated success in operation management in a production facility or manufacturing environment. A valid driving license is required. Considerable knowledge of financial reporting, including; profit and loss, sale and capital expense.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree
