What you'll be doing: The hiring person provides strategic direction for restaurant. The responsible person must maintain operations and drive results his/her restaurant, through people development, sales and profit growth. The hiring person must hire, train and develop crewmembers and managers that share the restaurant's values and culture. The responsible person must convey the restaurant's culture to his/her crew and be a creative team player who likes to work hard, have fun, and show sincere dedication to the restaurant's. The hiring person must ensure that the restaurant is always delivers the perfect box, fast, friendly, clean & having fun.

What your background should be: Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards. Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff. Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel).
