- General Manager's duties include developing and enhancing client relationships by building and maintaining good client service with sales operations, and developing staff members to advance through a career path. It is the function of General Manager to offer guidance and strategic planning for the dealership with respect to sales objectives. The person will control sales appointments to promote and share successful selling techniques and skills. In addition the ideal candidate will implement and supervise all organization-wide marketing initiatives so as to increase their impact and to assist fulfill or exceed sales objectives
