What you'll be doing

The HR Generalist will be focused on driving business success. This key role will provide overall HR generalist support with a primary focus on employee relations, investigations, training, and coaching/counseling. It is the responsibility of the position holder to maintain current and complete understanding of Federal and State laws including case law and regulations such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, and state laws. The qualified candidate will be responsible for promoting a positive employee relation environment through consistent application of open door policy, and promoting open dialogue between employees and management.

What your background should be

4-6+ years of experience as a HR generalist

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree in business /human resources
