What you'll be doing
- Develop and build new business relationships with identified strategic accounts to understand opportunities for creating value. Provide leadership and direction to the strategic account team to identify global business opportunities and generate profitable sales within assigned accounts that meet and exceed new business revenue goals. Collaborate with the client and sales teams to direct, develop and implement sales plans that support increased sales and overall customer satisfaction. Direct cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and leverage relationships in order to better penetrate the market. Create, develop and maintain sell with strategies with key vendor partners and leading system integrators globally. Leverage the company global reach to influence decisions on projects for customer deliveries in both domestic and international locations. Maintain the highest levels of personal and professional behavior in the work place. Financial analysis and tracking of accounts. Ensure that all internal stakeholders are aware of significant opportunities that will affect the company.
What your background should be
- Experience in global account leadership through growing and managing revenues in excess within large multi-national enterprise companies. Demonstrated level of success in the development of cross functional relationships including internal team and external client organizations. Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Proven leader with experience selling complex services. Extensive knowledge of, and wide range of contacts within, the IT Services/technology industry. Ability to manage multiple large opportunities simultaneously. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communications skills. Willingness to travel as needed.
Required Schooling / Training
- BS/BA, MBA preferred.
