What you'll be doing

The main responsibility of the global customer service officer is to ensure client satisfaction and retention for global complex corporate clients. The GCSO will also be responsible for taking a regional proactive, consultative approach towards company platinum clients in handling escalations and complaints, as well as providing advice on building efficiencies between both the client and company. The candidate will work closely with the client establishing and maintaining key relationships. Maintain global action item lists on service requests and performs proactive follow up on client issues and projects. Perform or arrange specific client training where required and suggest enhancements that will improve efficiencies between company and the client globally. Build internal relationships with product, operations, service, sales, CMTS, etc. Develop client service plans and develop key global relationships with sales and relationship managers. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

The candidate should possess global cash management experience, strong presentation skills, ability to coordinate and manage tasks multi regionally, and have a technical skill set. Proficient in English is a must, both written and verbal; another language is a plus. Be able to present to clients and convey presentations clearly and comprehensively. Ability to make decision and take actions. Able to perform problem analysis and searching for data/solutions, considering facts and providing realistic judgment. Perform effectively under time pressure and meeting deadlines.
