What you'll be doing

Lead performance consulting and learning requirements gathering to support development of document outsourcing capability throughout the technology business. Develop and document learning strategies and solutions in collaboration with the GDO global business group, MPS offering and business development team and key business and learning partners. Partner and collaborate with the regional learning organizations to ensure the strategy is efficiently and effectively executed throughout each organization. Ensure alignment with the global learning strategy and direction, learning management process and region delivery requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor to GDO leadership in recommending learning interventions and practices to drive performance. Scope includes learning for sales, technical and delivery learning requirements for direct and indirect channels.

What your background should be

Operational knowledge and experience in GDO offering portfolio. Strong Sr. executive interfacing skills consulting. Speaking/presentations, listening, facilitation, root cause analysis, influence decisions budget and vendor management. Experience in learning or training. Global experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop a comprehensive strategy that meets business needs.

BS/BA degree
