Growth Analytics and Operations Associate

What you'll be doing: The growth analytics and operations associate will be responsible for leading analysis and business process design projects related to company's marketing and sales operations. (S)he will assist/lead projects to identify opportunities that improve marketing and sales productivity. These may include working with stakeholders to develop hypotheses, generating frameworks for analysis, implementing process or technology changes, and training sales users. The associate will spend time navigating equally between analytical tools, athenahealth systems, and interfacing with stakeholders in marketing and sales. The ideal candidate will display excellent quantitative skills and an ability to translate and communicate analysis into business process. The associate will report directly to the senior manager, growth analytics and operations.

What your background should be: Proven success at business process reengineering in line operations, preferably in a sales or marketing organization; exceptional MS Office skills are mandatory. Business intelligence software skills are preferred; experience managing multiple concurrent projects; quantitative skills and an understanding of data usage for daily management and for analytics; an open mind and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; enthusiasm, idealism, creativity, dedication and a little bit of attitude; ability to work collaboratively, without direct reporting authority, to get results; ability to interact and communicate effectively with technical, creative and sales staff.
