What you'll be doing

Enthusiastically greet all guests upon arrival. Create and maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment. Effectively communicate all the policies and procedures to the guest during the interaction process. Monitor vehicle flow. Respond immediately to guest concern and proactively solve issue as they become apparent. Create and maintain a respectful work environment free of harassment and comply with all local state and federal labor law. Expeditiously complete all guest interaction to ensure a timely and positive experience for all guests. Treat the guest vehicle with the highest level of respect, safety, and care. Protect the asset by following all financial standards. Create a fun, supportive, and creative work environment by upholding all the standards.

What your background should be

Valid driving license with no driving record issue. Must have a clean driving record. Basic math and accounting skill. Ability to demonstrate flexibility, commitment, dedication to guest service excellence and dedication. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guest and fellow teammate in both verbal and written format. Ability to handle multiple task and competing priorities with ease.
