What you'll be doing
- Lead a team that delivers fast, fun and friendly service to the guests. Respond quickly to guests needs, questions or issues. Keep areas clean and organized: check lanes, guest service area, parking lot, food service area and restrooms. Follow companies guidelines for signs at check lanes and guest service areas. Hire, supervise and train team members to achieve guest service goals. Ability to read instructions and reports, then enter information into computer. Develop, implement and manage guest retention and lead follow-up initiatives to ensure reworking on non-booked leads and reduce cancellations. Administer performance management and disciplinary action as required.

Required Schooling / Training
- High school graduate or equivalent
