What you'll be doing
- The Health Solutions Client Executives (HSCE) lead client management and development of engagement strategies with their clients. They help clients realize the full value of the offerings they are engaged with. HSCE contribute to the sales successes by creating well being and engagement strategies with clients and brokers. They create client satisfaction and focus on driving the integrated solution value proposition. They work with the Health Solutions Sales Executives to assist in developing cross selling, retention strategies, receiving insights and recommendations to the client to improve employee health. HSCE are accountable for retention and coordinating activation. They work with the Consumer Experience Consultant on activation, engagement and enrollment. HSCE develop and implement strategies to optimization the business relationship; develop strategies with clients and brokers to improve key business performance metrics; executes the strategies developed by the Market VP and meets or exceeds retention goals. They make recommendations on how to solve business problems using Health and Wellness solutions.
What your background should be
- Excellent written and verbal communication, prior sales experience in the health solutions industry, valid state health and life insurance license are desired.
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate or Bachelor Degree.
