What you'll be doing

The incumbent will be responsible for the definition, development; improvement and management of effective health care compliance and government contract compliances system to ensure that business practice remain in compliance with all applicable regulation. The incumbent will manage on the day-to-day operation in healthcare compliance and promote compliance, adherence to organizational ethical standard and conformance to all relevant regulatory requirements. The candidate will execute tactic and activity to drive healthcare compliances system improvement in line with changing business need and strategy. The candidate will develop health care compliance training, communication, enforcement, and monitoring, auditing, investigation and committee management.

What your background should be

A minimum of five or more years of business experience, with at least five years in health care compliance, government contract compliance, or related compliance area is required. Knowledge of healthcare fraud and abuse, anticorruption and false claim law is required. Knowledge of law and regulation governing health care reimbursement is required. Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of a compliance program in accordance with the organization risk profile is required.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree is required. MBA, MA or JD is preferred.
