Healthcare Instructor

What you'll be doing: This position is responsible to teach classes on health care management as assigned. Provide hands on training (lab classes). Work with business partners to create industry driven frameworks. Establish performance requirements for students in this pathway. Comply with federal and state laws, state board of education rules and board policy. Maintain current inventory of all fixed assets within department. Oversee process of cleaning, repairing and storing of all pathway equipment. Prepare lessons that reflect accommodations for individual student differences. Create an environment conducive to learning and appropriate for the physical, social and emotional development of students. Apply and enforce student discipline in accordance with student handbook. Establish and maintain open communication by conducting conferences with parents, students, directors and teachers. Maintain professional relationship with colleagues, students, parents and community members. Maintain confidentiality. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be: The candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Registered nurse certification form an industry is required.
