What you'll be doing

In this position the person will resolve computer problems and determine source, and advise on appropriate action. Help Desk Analyst will provide assistance for all desktop systems at all locations. It is the role of the Help Desk Analyst to execute hardware and software installations. The person will diagnose and troubleshoot technical hardware and software issues involving applications, internet and VPN connectivity, email clients VOIP and more. (including but not limited to copy/fax/print/phone/network systems). This individual will provide alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of improving customer support.
