What you'll be doing
- The ideal candidate will have the duty to determine diagnose and resolve PC problems and systems issues via phone calls and emails with customers. The person will be accountable for technical Aptitude / Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose PC and Systems issues. The person will apply technical knowledge to resolve PC and system issues. Help Desk Analyst will be expected for documentation: Appropriately document requests, problem categorization, resolution and follow-up using the Helpdesk problem management tool. Moreover, she/he will provide consistent, clear, pleasant and friendly customer support to users via phone calls and emails.
What your background should be
- 0-2 years of help desk experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
Who is the client company
- Manufactures clothing, particularly underwear, panties, bras, t-shirts, sweats, sweatshirts, socks, thermals and more.
