What you'll be doing

It is the duty of the Help Desk Analyst is to provide initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of basic incidents, and requests regarding the use of application software products and infrastructure components. Maintain responsibility of the Help Desk Analyst is to collect information through a customer conversation, access support tools and additional support staff. The incumbent will address and resolve basic incidents and requests and log all incidents and requests. The qualified applicant will create a positive client support experience and build relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on the progress, and managing customers with a consummately professional attitude. Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for following up with other support staff, including service resources, involved in resolution to ensure incidents are resolved, requests are filled, and the client communication is complete.

AA or AS degree
