What you'll be doing

As a Help Desk Analyst, this individual will provide effective diagnostic evaluation of end-user Customer needs and in all cases uses good judgment and timeliness in responding to and resolving each issue or complaint to the customers

What your background should be

1-2 years of experience in a help desk environment

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree

Who is the client company

Manages IT services including cloud computing, data centers, virtualization, security, applications and support services, in addition to nationwide data and voice IP services.
