What you'll be doing
- The incumbent will be the first point of contact within the Enterprise Help Desk (EHD) for information systems user problems. Help Desk Associate will respond to routine hardware/software problems and/or questions related to Point of Sale (POS) and End-User Support (EUS), including field LAN/WAN (local area network/wide area network) offices and distribution centers nationally. The position holder will model and act in accordance with the organization's guiding principles. The person will execute first-level core troubleshooting on hardware/software systems problems; answer questions, provide technical solutions, and follow up to help users in solving their information systems problems in a continuous user-support environment. The successful individual will help in determining trends in continuing hardware, software or systems problems.

- 2+ years of related work experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate's degree
