What you'll be doing
- It is the task of the position holder to assist the general IT help desk in office and provide general IT/user support on all installed corporation applications. This individual will be chargeable for answering the phone and email offering support for all offices, installing hardware involving Dell work stations; networked copiers; mobile devices; LCD projectors; Bloomberg terminals; and computer; network peripherals, and configuring operating system and application software. Help Desk Specialist will coordinate with the configuration and administration of windows 7 work stations, involving their devices such as docking stations, keyboards, mice and other USB connected devices.

Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
