What you'll be doing
- The Help Desk Specialist is responsible for supporting in the assitance of the customers around the world. The buisness hour and buisness days of the incumbent will be different than that of the company. The position holder will be responsible to monitor sytem process, critical process and taking suitable actions and ensuring that that processes are performing accordingly. The position holder will provide professional and courteous support to the customers all around the world through phone calls regarding password reset, basic supply service status, answer basic system question and provide feedback to all those request.
