What you'll be doing
- Help Desk will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer system, hardware or software, respond to queries, runs diagnostic programms, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution. The position holder will be responsible for installing, modifying, and repair computer hardware and software and also responsible for responding to email messages for customer seeking help. The selected candidate will run diagnostic programme to resolve problems and will run reports to determine malfunctions that happen continuously. The position holder will be answerable for providing user desktop support.
