What you'll be doing
- The person's mission in this role will be to maintain company's IT support. The ideal candidate will take on supporting our team in ensuring that all the tools needed to do their work are in top shape. Help Desk Technician will be the supreme leader of all things IT. Help Desk Technician will be answerable for providing helpdesk assistance concerning computer hardware and software, including Wi-Fi, printing, MS Office, Exchange, IP phones, operating systems and mobile devices. Further she/he will ensure the timely specification, purchase and configuration of all computers, software, ancillary hardware and IP phones within guidelines.
What your background should be
- 2 years of experience as a help desk technician
Required Schooling / Training
- BS or technical degree
Who is the client company
- Provides applications for Palm, Windows Mobile, iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, and other mobile devices.
