What you'll be doing
- This individual will assist with duties of Help Desk, to involve installation and administration of computer hardware, software and networks. Help Desk Technician will work as part of a team to maintain operations, installation, and support of a customer service Help Desk. The successful candidate will be expected for troubleshooting problems and issues as related to the Help Desk. She/he will assist in administrative functions as well. The Help Desk Technician will have the responsibility to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Moreover, the person will resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
What your background should be
- 2 years of IT experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
