What you'll be doing
- The Help Desk function is to deliver assistance and other Information Systems assistance to clinical and non-clinical end users at ICL and affiliates with regards to the computing environment that is in use within the Agency at its various locations. This individual will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution. It is the duty of the Help Desk Technician to resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
What your background should be
- 3 years of IT service experience
Required Schooling / Training
- College degree
