What you'll be doing
- The Help Desk role will connect business customers and the IT department. As the first point of access for IT queries, this role will provide assistance and incident management for IT systems faults and service requests. The Help Desk Technician will be accountable for resolving software issues on computers from a remote location via remote access software. It is the Function of the successful candidate to troubleshoot issues with internal customers over the phone with an emphasis on customer service. This individual will receive and Inventory tracking of new IT hardware and software. The incumbent will enter trouble tickets and service requests into a ticket tracking system.
What your background should be
- 2 years of experience in IT field
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
