What you'll be doing
- This position is responsible to work under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patient personal needs and to promote comfort. The candidate is responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed. The incumbent is responsible to assign in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of a patient care. This position is responsible for delivering personal care such as bathing or dressing, checking vital signs under specific circumstances and help keep track of symptoms.
What your background should be
- Must have current CNA certification in state, in good standing. Must have minimum 1 (one) year CNA experience. Licensed driver with current auto insurance and automobile in good working condition. CPR certification is preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school degree or GED.
