Home Health Caregiver

What you'll be doing: Planning and preparing nutrition meals. Assisting in feeding client if that is needed. Providing transportation and accompanying clients to run errand including: shopping, paying bills, doctor's appointment etc. Document the care provided. Report any changes in client conditions to supervisor. Some household duties may be required. Assist client with activities of a daily living in the comfort of their home etc. Provide hands-on personal care and assist with self-care skills to clients in their homes. Develop a successful interpersonal relationship with company's clients. Assist the clients with activities of daily living including bathing, light housekeeping. Transportation services and community support services might also be needed to provide.

What your background should be: Qualified caregivers with appropriate experience and credential provide personal care, homemaking and companionship services. Qualifications must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, etc. Since not all clients are on a bus route, having a valid South Carolina driving license is must.
