What your background should be

At least 1 year experience in similar position preferred. MN driving license, absence of a criminal record in accordance with the MN state Kari Koskinen act. This position requires the incumbent to have knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and statues that pertain to housing and landlord tenant law. Possesses a sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly.

Required Schooling / Training

College degree preferred.
