What you'll be doing

Leads the development and implementation of a global talent acquisition strategy. Implements the processes necessary to support a global world class staffing function. Educates hiring manager on behavioral based interviewing. Develops interview guides for key positions. Works with HR and the senior management team (SMT) to lead the creation of the companies employment brand. Populates and manages a talent inventory of potential candidate and industry contacts. Develops and ensures consistent and equitable administration of the internal job posting process. Ensures that the treatment of all internal and external candidate is consistent with companies employment brand and on boarding process. Identifies internal candidate for key leadership openings utilizing the talent management and succession plans. Develops and supports diversity initiatives and ensures staffing processes are in compliance with applicable international & domestic federal laws and regulations. Keeps abreast of talent acquisition initiatives in the marketplace and bring best practices to client company. Coordinates and administers the on boarding program in partnership with the HRBP employee relations. Analyzes program to determine effectiveness. Identifies and streamlines non value added processes while improving overall employee experience.

What your background should be

Minimum of 5 years of global staffing experience, ideally in both corporate and private search firm or agency environments with a consistent and verifiable history of producing exceptional results for clients or employers. PHR or SPHR certification would be a significant competitive advantage. Proven organizational consulting and influencing skills, ability to maintain effectiveness when experiencing major change, ability to clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media. Proven ability to develop, use and promote collaborative relationships. Certification in korn ferry or lominger talent assessment & interviewing tools is a competitive advantage. Advanced knowledge of candidate application tracking systems. Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information and ideas in a variety of settings. Is easy to approach and talk to; is a good listener; relates well to all people throughout the organization. Is widely trusted; is seen as a direct, truthful individual. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, balance and manage multiple efforts with strong results or goal orientation. Versatility, flexibility and a wiliness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree from four years college or university. An advanced degree would be a significant competitive advantage.
