What you'll be doing
- The primary focus for this role will be to collaborate with management teams to reinforce and strengthen high performing and innovative organizational cultures within assigned businesses. The individual will be directly involved with performance management, talent acquisition, talent development and management, organizational effectiveness and design, learning and organizational development, employee relations, compensation, benefits and HRIS by serving as a human resources functional expert. Develop a strong, best in class, human resource team within assigned companies. Ensure that human resources costs and services are aligned with organizational goals and effectively and routinely report progress on all goals and initiatives. Ultimately, this executive will support the goals and objectives of the business by effectively managing and administering human resources policies and programs in accordance with company policy, objectives, and governmental regulations.
What your background should be
- Experience with manufacturing and a dispersed workforce is necessary, senior human resource leadership with 15 plus years experience in entrepreneurial organizations. Experience upgrading and implementing HRIS systems across an organization with various dispersed business teams. Experience serving as an advisor to the CEO and the senior leadership team of a business. Demonstrated leadership of a talent agenda that contributed to organizational growth and improved client service, demonstrated strong leadership, collaboration, project management, problem solving, change management and influencing skills and demonstrated and effective communication and relationship building skills at all levels in an organization.
Required Schooling / Training
- BA/BS Required, MBA or relevant masters level education preferred, SPHR or other HR certifications also desirable.
