What you'll be doing

Assist leader and employee with basic employment related issue performance management, compensation, career development, recruitment, policy interpretation and selection, recognition, etc. Research, report, and implement human resource special project assigned. Process promotion, status change, and other data change, conduct exit interview. Respond to question and concern of employee and leader and resolve problem or escalate as appropriate. Solve problem using critical thinking skill and tool, and independent thought. Answer human resource inquiry from business unit, assist with special project, and resolve problem. Provide training and mentoring to other in the department around process, policy, and overall procedure.

What your background should be

Six to eight years of relevant working experience. Among them two years of experience in the field of human resource. Excellent written and oral communication skill, ability to communicate at all level within the organization. Good judgment and problem solving skill. Ability to prioritize, organize and manage time effectively and keep issue confidential is critical to this position. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems.

Bachelor degree
