What you'll be doing

Effectively build relationship with leader in the organization and develop a thorough understanding of the organization goal, structure and culture communicate key program, policy, or issue with general employee population through various method. As needed develop work team to best utilize strength needed to solve problem partner with appropriate group/leader on developing strategy for key employee retention recognize, support and provide guidance on culture recognition as well as approach to continue to effectively drive culture through the organization collaborate across the HR function and other functional group to provide timely, effective and innovative solution to business need utilize and partner with HR departmental subject matter expert such as compensation, recruiting, training, etc. Provide solution execute on development and deployment of key annual, centralized HR related process, program and initiative such as annual performance review, succession planning, etc. Assist in the development of performance standard and/or developmental plan for group or key individual. Work with leader to pro actively address performance issue and/or address employee relation issue. Respond to policy/practice question interpreting and advising on correct action or procedure.

What your background should be

3 years experience in human resource or related field. Multi tasking solid level PC skill, with an emphasis Microsoft office suite word. Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skill strong customer service orientation are required.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree in human resource, psychology, or related field.
