What you'll be doing
- The duties for the Human Resources Consultant position will involve to offer HR leadership and assist as an employee relations resource for manufacturing site employees. Human Resources Consultant will Plan, develop and coordinate HR initiatives in support of strategic business goals. The position holder will assist site wage, non-exempt merit and exempt processes involving job evaluation, selection & hiring, training & development, succession planning, performance management, job progression, job movement, reward & recognition, and organizational assessment. Moreover the person will provide strategic HR business partner services to the site/business group(s).
What your background should be
- 5-10 years of HR plant support experience
Required Schooling / Training
- BA/BS degree
