What you'll be doing
- The Human Resources Consultant will be a business partner to a set of clients on all human resources practices, policies, and procedures, including employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and retention, recruitment, staffing, compensation, and training. Furthermore, as a Business Partner, the person will develop initiatives that will enable the organization to get its strategic goals and objectives and this individual will partner with leadership teams to implement organization wide initiatives. The person selected for this position will also be an active participant in work teams that develop and improve processes, programs, strategies, policies/procedures, and/or recommendations.

- Bachelor's degree
