What you'll be doing

Under minimal direction, the position of Human Resources Generalist is expected for supporting and assisting the Human Resources Manager in all facets of human resources including benefits administration, recruiting, policy implementation, reporting of information and employee relations. It is the function of the Human Resources Generalist to manage comprehensive personnel programs, including Policies & Procedures, Conditions of Employment, Performance Planning, Counseling and Evaluation and Career Development. The incumbent will assist the Manager Of Human Resources with the implementation of these programs. The qualified candidate will provide advice and counsel on personnel issues to workers and management, ensuring that policies and procedures are consistent with Senior Management Direction.
