What you'll be doing
- The Human Resources Generalist will report to the Senior Human Resources Manager and work closely with other members of the Human Resources team to ensure the successful implementation and consistent administration of firm wide human resource initiatives and practices in the areas of benefits, staff recruiting and development, performance management, and employee relations. Additionally, the Human Resources Generalist will support the Senior Human Resources Managers. It is the task of the Human Resources Generalist to support with the design and implementation of staff orientation and training. Also, she/he will coordinate the staff compensation and performance evaluation processes.
